Telephone Method

Feel free to call the library at 250-627-1345 and we will happily renew your items for you over the phone.

Please note that interlibrary loans (including interlibrary connect items sent here to be borrowed here) are not normally renewable. Your efforts to return these items on time is appreciated and helps us maintain a our reputato

Online Method

1. Browse to the Library Catalogue
2. Click on the "My Account" link
3. Enter your username/barcode
4. Enter your password ** If you need or have lost your password, please phone 250-627-1345 or come to the library during open hours to receive a new password. **
5. Click on "Items Checked Out" and check off the items that you want to renew using the checkboxes on the right
6. Click " Renew Selected Items" button
