OPA: A Japanese Sushi Story
OPA: A Japanese Sushi Story Sign Board... Look for it in Cow Bay!

Once there was a time there was a young man named Yoshi. Yoshi left Japan to pursue his dream of becoming a Sushi chef in his own restaurant in Canada. Yoshi heard of a charming town on the north Pacific Coast with the freshest fish in Canada -- Prince Rupert. Yoshi heard that there was a place in Prince Rupert called Cow Bay, where there was a great desire for sushi. Yoshi dreamed of opening a sushi bar in Cow Bay; he would call it "Opa", which means "great fishing"...
