How was May?
Library Outreach: Thank you so much to everyone who came out to see us at Salmon Fest, and congratulations to the four individuals who won our door prizes!
We were also able to attend the Charles Hays Kick-off to Summer Fair, and the North Coast Immigrant & Multicultural Services Society Service Providers' Meeting which was an invaluable networking opportunity.
Master Carver Dempsey Bob has donated a piece of art to our Library. We're honoured to have received a salmon art piece from Dempsey Bob. We share a long history and he has always spoken kindly of us. If you're wanting to learn more about Dempsey Bob and his artwork, you can read In His Own Words, which can be found in our permanent collection.
