
Our Multi-Purpose Room is available for booking for meetings, presentations, workshops, and community events. The room accommodates approximately 50 people in a speaker/audience arrangement, or a smaller group with tables and chairs.
Non-Profit Groups
- Half Day (up to 4 hours)$15
- Full Day (8 hours)$30
Fees may be waived for programs directed at the community.
Commercial & Government
- Half Day (up to 4 hours)$70
- Full Day (8 hours)$120
- 5th and 6th hour$20 / hr
- 7th hour and beyond$10 / hr
Equipment Rentals
- Overhead Projector$10 / session

- Flip Chart$5 / session
A Bluetooth / 3.5mm speaker is available. For advanced audio, we recommend bringing your own equipment. Our projector supports composite, S-Video, and VGA inputs — a converter is required for HDMI or other digital outputs. A signed Projector Loan Agreement is required.
Booking Policy
- 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Late cancellations will be charged the full booking fee.
- The room is not available for private parties, or events of a political, discriminatory, or commercial-advertising nature.
- Equipment loans are at the Library’s discretion and require a signed agreement.
