The meeting was called to order by Chair Adrienne Johnston at 7:40 p.m. Minutes from the April 16, 2014 meeting were read and approved.

New Business

Members discussed possible candidates for the chair and vice chair elections to be held at the June 18, 2014 meeting. Consideration of developing a library employee handbook based on the City of Prince Rupert employee handbook was postponed. Adrienne Johnston will try to obtain electronic copies of the city handbook for members to review.
