Present: Chelsea Keays (CK), Devlin Fernandes (DF), Cary Dalton (CD), Glenn Groulx (GG), Stephanie Lysyk (SL), Brent Patriquin (BP), Andrea Wilmot (AW), Joe Zelwietro (JZ Chief Librarian),

Meeting commenced at 7:05 pm.

• Suggested changes to Agenda: Add discussion of upcoming strategic plan and tutoring circle discussion if time available. Motion to accept change to agenda – moved by AW and seconded by DF, Passed
• Motion to accept the Minutes of previous month’s minutes (i.e. the regular May Library Board Meeting and the AGM meeting) with the date corrected in the Minutes (from April 2017 to May 9 2018). Motion by CD, seconded by CK, Passed
• In-camera discussion re: Collective Agreement. After in-camera meeting, there was a motion made by CK to accept the Memorandum of Settlement obtained by negotiating committee, seconded by AW. Passed.
• In-camera meeting re: Chief Librarian contract
• No time for discussions re: strategic plan nor tutoring circle
